Early detection

smartangel® records vital signs such as pulse, blood pressure and oxygen saturation and combines them with movement data. This allows deviations to be detected before they become critical

Automatic reaction

Whether a fall, weakness or disorientation - the system reacts independently, informs stored contacts and can establish a voice connection even if the user can no longer actively respond.

smartangel® is preconfigured and works without installation. The devices can be used worldwide, are easy to operate and can be controlled centrally via the customer portal - even for relatives and care staff.

How smartangel® works

The smartangel® system consists of two perfectly coordinated components. Together they form a digital health assistant that works unobtrusively in the background - and reacts reliably at the right moment

Swiss precision for your safety

The focus is on the Angel Tracker. It continuously records vital data such as pulse, blood pressure, oxygen saturation and movement patterns. If abnormal values are detected, the system automatically recognizes a potentially dangerous situation and initiates appropriate steps - from a silent alarm to a direct voice connection, even without active intervention.

The information required for this is provided by a portable devicesuch as a smartwatch or an emergency call button. The ANGIES Wearables are easy, intuitive to use and ready for immediate use - without any installation.

About the Angel customer portal customers, relatives, nursing staff or medical professionals can keep an overview at all times. Settings can be customized, documents stored and alarms tracked in real time - secure, encrypted and user-friendly.

The Angel Tracker and the customer portal were developed by smartangel® in Switzerland and are aApproved as a Class I medical device in the EU and CH.

A vision that changes lives.

A personal fate.

In 2018, my mother suffered a severe stroke in hospital. It went undetected overnight - in the morning, all help came too late. For me, it was the moment when everything changed.

Standing helplessly at the bedside, unable to help - that left me with a question that still haunts me today: What could I have done?

In my search for answers, I came across countless emergency call systems - but almost all of them require people to take action themselves in an emergency. But what if that is no longer possible?

This is how the idea for SmartAngel was born: a system that doesn't wait, but recognizes, supports and reacts at the right moment. Automatically. Intuitively. And human.

The name was chosen deliberately: The "ANG" not only stands for "Angel" - but also for Angela, my mother's name.

What was born out of grief back then now accompanies people in very different life situations - with the aim of protecting life and preserving dignity. The feedback we receive from our customers shows us every day how much we can achieve. And they are our strongest motivation to keep going.
